Zone: Sant Gervasi Bonanova
Sant Gervasi i La Bonanova in the district of Sarrià-Sant Gervasi in the upper area, is a neighborhood with incredible classical charm, distinguished and stately inherited from its origins in which the Catalan bourgeoisie of the nineteenth century built their summer residences at the foot of Tibidabo. Later it was transformed into a residential area of villas, houses, convents and prestigious schools. Many old houses were replaced by blocks of apartments with good finishes, which now coexist with emblematic buildings such as La Rotonda, the Fraile Blanco and the Bellesguard Tower of Antoni Gaudí himself.
Several of its main arteries are Tibidabo Avenue, Mandri Street and Ganduxer Street up to Diagonal Avenue. The Turó Park, on the other hand, represents an oasis that its neighbors enjoy with pride. The Science Museum and the Tramvia Blau are other of its most interesting spaces.
Sant Gervasi i La Bonanova are ideal for those who want to live close to the city center but in a more exclusive way, a family neighborhood with prestigious schools, with elegant and distinguished stores and restaurants, and with one of the highest quality of life in all of Barcelona.
