We are delighted to present this extraordinary house on a privileged location, basically on the Montjuic mountain and with panoramic views of Barcelona and the seaside. Located within a very exclusive neighbourhood and in the upper part of the neighborhood of Poble Sec, it lies on a plot of 640 m² where the house is 250 m² built and distributed over three floors, plus garage area and a guest house.

We access the house through a nice porch that leads to the lobby and in turn gives us access to the stairs that connect to the upper floor. After the hall, we find a large room currently used as an office, a bathroom with beautiful Colombian marble with purple tones and the living-dining room with a beautiful original fireplace. From here, we access the designer kitchen that is semi-open to the living room and is presented fully equipped and with great detail.
